What I do

• I help companies sustainably solve their manufacturing infrastructure scale-up challenges, including the deployment of future food technologies, moving from lab to pilot to commercial scale

• Strategically build, develop, and lead engineering teams for cross-disciplinary project execution

• Focus areas include project, resource, and client relationship management, recruiting and retention, and coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and capital project managers

• I serve in various roles, whether directly in an engineering and project and program management role, or as an advisor and board member / non-executive director for companies in the food, beverage, manufacturing, and construction space.

• My client-focused and solutions-oriented approach centers on manufacturing scale-up, risk management, and strategic planning

• I synthesize my experience across the food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, water distribution, and wastewater treatment industries, with involvement ranging from automation and controls, integration, electrical and project engineering, capital project management, program management, risk management, recruiting, strategy, sustainability, and innovation
